Hi!!! My name is Hans Pettersson and I play guitar and sing in Dublin fair. I´m 33 years old and I´ve lived almost all my life in Karlstad, Sweden. I´ve studied 3 years at the university and that´s the only time I´ve lived outside Karlstad. In my childhood I played football, table tennis and bandy (For those outside the nordic countries that sport might be a problem knowing about, but look it up and try, it´s fun!). Although I didn´t play any instrument then, I´ve always liked to listen to music, my favourites were (and still are) Elvis Costello, The Beatles, John Hiatt and Bruce Springsteen. I joined Dublin Fair in the fall of 1989 and have been a member ever since. I also perform on my own and have been a member of some local bands. My greatest thrill is to play live gigs. I´ve been playing somewhere around 1700 gigs and I still love it. In my own opinion Dublin Fair is a great live band, so if you can, come see us! It will be a pleasure meeting you!
